Each phase of the printing units and length, width and height of the box in the slotting unit are positioned by transducer timing controlled by PLC with highly accurate positioning. There is auto computerized zero adjustment and printing position memory during wiping and auto restoration available. It can restore to the origin shut-down position so that it can reduce adjusting time. The system has higher reliability and lower failure. The main motor adopts transducer speed regulation, stable and energy saving. The quantity of orders is 999, and if it is connected to the computer, the number will increase greatly; what is more, it can manage the clients orders and printing the report form. It can be maintained and the parameter can be reworked.
