We need 24month warranty because this is our market request. We would like to know if you are presently reprensented in the German / European market and what is marketing policy for europe. Furthermore please explain your RMA policy. Do you have the current return rate and what is the most commonly defect on each product ? Do you have an RMA service company in europe? Wer would need buffer stock for imidiate replacement to our customer. What rate of stock buffer you can offer ?

In regarding product user manual, and retail packing what language you provide ? In case we start biz we need different language. At the moment we sell to 18 different countries.
