How to apply for Canton Fair Invitation?

If you wish for paper invitation, though we don't recommend, you would need to cover the shipping cost. Shall I register at the site or before?

What do I need to get a Chinese Visa? Where can I get one?
A real passport is needed for application along with an invitation from Chinese institute, business or individual; one 2”X2” photo, and a filled application form. The passport must have at least six months validity left before expiration and at least one blank page left in it. Chinese Embassy has presence in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Huston, New York and Washington DC. You can apply yourself and get the visa in one day at those locations. Or you may entrust someone else or a travel/visa agent like us to go to the visa office for application. Mail applications by yourselves are not acceptable.

How much in advance I need to prepare before going Canton Fair?
It’s better to plan at least one month and a half before the show period if you are just visiting. You would find difficult to find available accommodations, and air tickets etc. last minute. For US Exporters who want to exhibit, three to four month in advance is needed to plan ahead. It takes at least one month to deliver your exhibition products over to China, and arrange setups for your other needs.

How can I get to Canton Fair Exhibitions from my hotels?
Many Hotels provide shuttles to commute to exhibition complexes. If not, you can use other public transportation like taxi and subways. Hotels we help you arrange provides shuttles to both exhibition complexes.

How can I arrange other China tours before and after the show?
It’s always better to start the trip plan before you go. Our arrangement take you to factories, other tradeshows and places of interests and provide necessary assistance (interpretation and transportation) to make your trips most effective. Is it safe traveling in China?
Canton Fair period is the safest time in Guangzhou. Government put extra police force in street during the show period. It’s good not to travel in the evening to dark places, remote places from your hotel. Keep your belongings tight when walking in crowds in the street. It’s pretty safe inside of the exhibition.
