Manufacturing Using Sheet And Section Metal

We have a supplier for the base of these lamps. I am looking for a manufacturer to make a batch of lamp shades as shown in two sizes. Please be aware that the picture might be out of proportion.

0.7mm brass sheet is used, with one soldered seam, as neat as possible. The cross fitter is E17 and is attached to the shade with three bolts, visible on the outside. The bolts are positioned near the bottom of the shade. Full CAD drawings can be provided with a hand made sample.

The finish needs to be a flawless high polished nickel.

Ideally, we need a small minimum order, perhaps 50 of each size initially.

They would need to be well packaged for shipment, to avoid damage, as they are not very strong, and the finish must be flawless.
