with a bit long time communicate with a customer . we factory accept his target for an item which sorted out from our sampls . regarding the selected sample, actually it wasnot fire retardant, but i advised him can factory was able to do it fire retardant. so he finalized for the fire retardant one. and is making the down payment of 30% sales.
I didnt check with our production dept while the order was pending. but now, it has been planced. i thought should to check with our relevant dept. ..................... our project dept told me that we couldnt make this item fire retardant . OMG . what is wrong ? what to do next ? should i tell my customer the truth ? if i do it . i think he may kill me . the most improtant is i will break faith with him . how to solve this problem ???/
