This is our requirements to the board:
- Power supply: 230 V 50 Hz
- 2 Terminals for 1000 W pump that must run according
to an in-board timer
and at the same time in case of high level to a level
switch (there must be a terminal for
input from levelswitch - if possible from an inductive/
magneting switch)
- 2 Terminals for level switch input (see above)
- 2 Terminals for 500 W blower
- 2 Terminals for magnet valve that must be activated
1-60 sec every 1-60
min in repeated cycles.
- 2 Terminals for a 100 W pump that must be activated
1-60 sec. every
1-60 min in repeated cycles.
- 2 terminals for alarm signal out of the unit giving
230 V 50 Hz max 500 W each.
We would like the print to measure max 90x90 mm and not
being too sensitive to moisture.
The timers setting must be stored so a power failure will not
need a new programming of the timers and the unit being
able to start up when power is back.
The terminals must be easy to make cable connections to.
What will your time and delivery estimate be on a product like
this if we buy 1.000 pieces per year?
