Actually, learning Chinese could be easy.

First of all, you guys should find someone who is professional to learn basics from them.
Such as Pinyin, grammar etc.
Then you should use it, to practice all the time.
So you should find some native to talk with.

The thing is, you are suppose to force yourselves to express what you wanna say in Chinese.
