How to ship less than 15kg cheaply?

Can someone help? I've been trying to ship some goods of total weight less than 15kg into HK. The value of the goods is less than USD 400, but the shipping costs (either door-to-door courier or airfreight including handling costs) are close to USD 150! I need to reduce my shipping costs. Goods come from India, UK, Egypt and Canada. Any ideas on how I can do this?
