I made it yesterday and today for supper. So yumm.
I suspect it is more a Chinese way than an Italian way though. lol.
Ingredients: pasta, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped celery, diced beef, broth.
1, season the beef with soysauce, a bit salt, wine, starch powder, black pepper powder and any spice you like.
2, cook the pasta.Well, the old way. Boiling water, 8 mins, add some salt.
3, get a pan, turn on the fire and add some oil. Add the onions and garlic, stir until it smells so great.
4, add the beef, keep stiring and add some wine, stir, then add the celery, keep stirring to mix all the ingredients.
5, add some broth. Lower and power to medium and simmer for 10 mins or so.
6, add the pasta, cook for another two mins, add some starch powder if the sauce is not thick enough.
7, salt and black pepper to taste.
